In the United States, Club Pilates grew to over 1,000 studios and a billion pound category. Every territory is sold out.
When I began expanding Club Pilates UK I was told the market was not ready.
That it was too early.
That it would take years.
Now private equity firms are chasing territories that no longer exist.
That is how fast windows close.
This is not really about Pilates.
It is about timing, conviction, and execution.
Visionaries move while others wait for certainty.
Operators build while others watch from the sidelines.
