So we did something strange.
We slowed down.
We studied the market.
We adjusted pricing.
We moved from free intros to first time offers.
We localized the messaging.
We built community before scale.
Not aggressive.
Not loud.
Deliberate.
Today?
The UK is one of the fastest growing Pilates markets in Europe.
Studios full.
Waitlists growing.
Franchise interest rising.
So why didn’t we rush?
Because before the UK was ready for 50 studios…
It needed one done properly.
Lesson?
Growth is not about speed.
It is about sequencing.
